A Bit About Me

Ever since I was little, I have always felt passion and strong curiosity about learning new things. From this passion, grew my strong interest for reading, writing, and and asking many questions.

I love reading books as well as learning about mathematic concepts. I like being environmentally conscious and finding new ways to recycle and waste less. My strong passion for Science has been influence by my grandfather, Louis Moore, who I like to call "Gpaw" and always dreamed of being an astronaut like Mae C. Jemison.

The Origin of my name first name, Kiara means Princess in Swahili and has other meanings such as bright minded and shining, clear thought, famous, inner strength, wisdom, and a radiant spirit.  It’s other meaning have their origin in Italian, Latin and Hindu.  It is commonly used for little girls with dark hair or complexion. People with the name Kiara tend to be a powerful force to all whose lives they touch. They are capable, charismatic leaders who often undertake large endeavors with great success. Niaylah is African in origin and is derived from Nylah which means 'attainer, achiever', alternatively it may derive from the Bantu word for a type of antelope.
